Consistency Is Key
One of the most important health tips I suggest to people is to be consistent. While our body does make rapid changes at times, the long term healing and improvement comes from consistent work and improvement over time.
Want to get the most out of Chiropractic care? Want to get the most out of going to the gym and exercise? Diet, Nutrition? Massage? The key to any of these health practices is consistency.
Find what consistency works best for you whatever the health practice is. This allows you to stick with it long term and experience greater benefits. Otherwise if you get burnout or overwhelmed with an unrealistic frequency you don’t get the full benefit to your health that you would have if you continued that health practice.
In our office one of the first things we do with new patients is to sit down and have an honest evaluation as to what frequency of visits your body and lifestyle needs to achieve the health goals that you have. We want to help you be consistent with care because that is where you will experience the most benefit. While yes one or two chiropractic visits will benefit you, the real healing and improvement from chiropractic care comes from a consistent care that keeps your spine and nervous system in check.
Every person is different and requires a unique and individualized consistency of care. We are all experiencing different physical, emotional and mental stressors every day. Consistent chiropractic care is what allows our bodies to continually adapt to these stressors. Has your chiropractor evaluated what frequency is best for you based on your health and stressors? Have you had symptoms come back before your next appointment? Do you feel that your symptoms or issues don’t go away entirely? The correct frequency for you is often the key to eliminating symptoms entirely and keeping it that way.
Do you live in Mercer Pa or the surrounding area and are interested in chiropractic care for yourself or your family? Reach out to us and we would be happy to discuss what consistent chiropractic care would look like for you and how you could benefit.
